Legal Options Hub is owned and operated by Madison Jade Pty Ltd (ABN 56 661 580 936), an independent Australian company based in Adelaide, South Australia. The site is written and maintained by a small team, with research assisted by software tools and reviewed before publishing.
What this site is — and is not
We publish legal information and option comparisons: what routes exist for a problem (a template, a document service, a lawyer, a complaint pathway), what they typically cost, and how to decide between them. We are not a law firm, we are not lawyers, and nothing on this site is legal advice. For advice about your specific situation, speak to a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction. Where a matter is urgent, contested, high-value or heading to court, our content will always tell you to get a lawyer.
How the site makes money
Some links to document providers and legal-tool companies are affiliate links — if you buy through them, the provider pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored links are marked with rel="sponsored" and the pages that carry them show a disclosure. Commissions never change our comparison verdicts: where a provider option is weaker, we say so, and where the right answer is "see a lawyer, not a template," we say that too. Editorial policy
- Comparisons are based on providers' published pricing, features and terms at the time of writing, checked against the provider's own site.
- We separate sensitive matters (reputation, family, criminal, bankruptcy, employment, court) from commercial referrals — those are never automatically passed to third parties.
- Corrections: if you spot something out of date, use the contact form and we will fix it.
