Who we are
Legal Options Hub (www.legaloptionshub.com) is operated by Madison Jade Pty Ltd (ABN 56 661 580 936), an Australian company based in Adelaide, South Australia. We publish legal information and provider comparisons. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
What we collect
- Information you give us: if you use an intake or checklist form we collect what you enter — typically your email address, the legal-issue category you select, and any summary you choose to write. Forms only transmit your details after you tick the consent checkbox. If you abandon a form partway, your entries stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.
- Usage signals: we set a random visitor ID and session ID in your browser's localStorage to understand which pages and links are used. We record page views and link clicks (page URL, link clicked, timestamps) against those random IDs. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
- Affiliate networks: when you click a sponsored provider link, the affiliate network (for example CJ Affiliate or Rakuten Advertising) sets its own cookies on the provider's or network's domain to attribute any purchase. Those cookies are governed by the network's and provider's own privacy policies.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and point you at relevant legal-information resources, document tools, or provider options.
- With your explicit consent only, to pass a non-sensitive document/business/product referral to a relevant provider or lead partner. We never automatically share sensitive matters (reputation, family, criminal, bankruptcy, employment, court) with any third party.
- To measure which content is useful, using aggregate click and page-view data.
Who receives data
Netlify, Inc. hosts this site and processes form submissions and server logs on our behalf. Affiliate networks (CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising and, if we join others, similar networks) receive click events when you use their links. A referral is shared with a specific partner provider only when you have ticked the consent box for that request. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months so we can handle your request and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Click/page analytics are kept in aggregate form.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Use the contact form and we will respond within 30 days. Australian visitors are covered by the Australian Privacy Principles; visitors elsewhere may have additional rights under their local law and we honour reasonable requests regardless of where you live.
If you give us your email address, only Madison Jade Pty Ltd (as Legal Options Hub) will email you, about the thing you asked for. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. We comply with the Australian Spam Act and, for US recipients, CAN-SPAM.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our processors (Netlify) on infrastructure that may be located outside Australia, including the United States. We limit access to people who need it to run the site.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
